Graduate Program and Internships
Facilitated through our Finance team, this three-year graduate program aims to bring a recent Waikato-Tainui graduate on as a kaimahi, following the completion of a tertiary degree. They will build a foundation of financial and accounting skills and gain direct exposure to various real-world projects, whilst working towards becoming a qualified Chartered Accountant through their CAANZ program.
Our summer internship program is an extension of our commitment to identifying talent, and growing strengths and attributes while developing leaders. We take on a few interns to expose them to our business, gain direct experience related to their field of study and help them make meaningful contributions to Waikato-Tainui. This 10-week programme starts in November and finishes in February.
