Ryman Healthcare

Ryman Healthcare is a public company listed on the New Zealand Stock Exchange. It is a six times winner of the Australasian Aged Care Housing Awards for "Best Retirement Village in New Zealand." It has operated since 1984 and now has retirement villages in Invercargill, Dunedin, Christchurch, Nelson, Wellington, Lower Hutt, Napier, Palmerston North, Wanganui, Napier, Hamilton and Auckland.

Hamilton Riverview Hotel (HRH)

HRH's first development was the Novotel Tainui Hotel in central Hamilton which opened in 1998. The Novotel proved such a success that the joint venture went on to build the Hotel Ibis Tainui nearby. It opened in December 2007.
