How we develop is as important as what we develop. TGH is a long term investor, and so has chosen to establish and achieve quality outcomes. TGH is fortunate to count a number of blue-chip organisations among its tenants, and maintaining this pattern is important to us.

This means we are prepared to take the time and make the effort to secure the right tenant for our properties.

It also means we aim to bring freshness, vibrancy and longevity to the design and functionality of all our properties.

In our retail and commercial work we engage leading specialists from concept through to construction, whether it be designers, urban planners, environmental advisors or project managers. We often seek inspiration from Waikato-Tainui history and culture, obtaining input from respected Tainui cultural leaders when doing so.

Our approach to residential development is similar. A drive through the Huntington Estate
on the eastern side of the Waikato river illustrates the attention to quality and environmental values.
